Description

Designed for firing 500-1000 rounds between maintenance.

Enjoy the easiest gun maintenance after 1000 rounds when you lubricate with Slip 2000 Gun Lube. Designed for everyday shooting and gun maintenance. Gun Lube exceeds the current MiL-PRF 63460 E requirements and will lubricate, clean, and preserve. Formulated for use on all firearms. If you fire more rounds, or just want the best we have to offer, try our EWL or EWL30 rated for up to 5000 rounds between maintenance.

Lubrication
Slip 2000 Lubricants use a unique formulation to penetrate into the smallest, tightest areas that oils do not go. This provides a long lasting protective coating that reduces friction and almost stops metal to metal wear. Slip 2000 gun lubricants form a barrier that will then protect all parts and will allow them to work smoother and last longer.

Cleaning
Slip 2000 lubricants penetrate powder residue, carbon, copper, lead, and plastic wad fouling. This allows it break contaminants free and flush away trapped dirt, grit and grime. What is left behind is a barrier that has bonded with the metal and will continue to lubricate and protect against corrosion. This barrier does not attract dust and will keep new firing residue from bonding to the metal. After your first complete cleaning with Slip 2000 you will see an amazing difference in the time and ease with which your next cleaning will take place.

Preservation
Slip 2000 lubricants provide a long lasting barrier on all metal parts and does not attract dirt or other abrasive contaminants. This barrier will displace moisture and prevent rusting. Our proprietary formulation was created to lubricate, clean, protect, and outlast any other product on the market today! We have done this without adding any oils, petroleum distillates or harmful PTFE type ingredients. Slip 2000 lubricants are developed with health, safety and the environment in mind. Our lubricants are formulated for multiple uses and extreme high performance requirements in all conditions. They will outperform all other lubricants in severe weather conditions, high humidity, rain, sleet, and snow working from -130 deg. F to +1250 deg F

We recommend that you apply our lubricant to all metal parts and surfaces, not just the wear points. When applying our lubricant try to think of it as a metal treatment that will keep carbon and other buildup from sticking to the metal.

Even when wiped away with a cloth, the lubrication and preservation properties will remain. Slip 2000 lubricants bond with the metal on contact, leaving a lubricating barrier that prevents carbon, residue, and other buildup from sticking.

If you are unsure of how to lubricate your specific firearm, please follow the manufacturer's guidelines.

How to Buy a Pistol, Rifle or Shotgun

Federal firearms laws prevent the sale of a weapon from Clay Shooters Supply directly to an individual in another state (we are located in Texas). We must ship your firearm directly to an FFL Dealer near you. The steps to follow are:

  1. Order your firearm online using our secure shopping cart. If you know the dealer you are going to use at time of order placement (not a requirement) enter his name into the 'Ship To' field.
  2. Find a dealer near you that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. Most sporting goods stores and pawn shops will provide this service for a small fee. Also, gun clubs, shooting ranges, etc. may provide this service to you. If you don't know which dealer to use in your area, put a comment in your order and we will help you locate one near you. We have access to a large list of dealers in the USA that will gladly handle a transfer for you. Most dealers charge around $25 for a transfer. You must confirm the transfer with your local dealer in advance.
  3. Next, have the dealer get us a copy of his signed license if we don't already have it on file. To check whether a license is on file, contact us. Please Note: It is now legal for us to accept a faxed or e-mailed copy of your dealers license! Print out this convenient coversheet, fill it out and give it to your dealer to fax with his license. That's all there is to it!
  4. Make sure the dealer knows the firearm is coming from us. If you used a dealer that we already had on file, call him to let him know that a gun for you is on the way.
  5. We will send you an email when the firearm ships, which will include a tracking number.
Age Restrictions on Firearms

You must be 21 years of age to purchase a handgun or shotgun with a pistol grip. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a rifle or standard shotgun (without a pistol grip.)
