Overview

Bad to the bone. With the A5 Wicked Wing, waterfowlers can choose an autoloader with custom touches that really make it stand out in the marsh — in a good way. The A5 Wicked Wing features a Cerakote Burnt Bronze camo finish on the receiver and Burnt Bronze on the barrel. The oversize bolt release makes it easier to manipulate with gloves. A fully chromed bore adds corrosion resistance and longevity for year after year of shooting performance.

Building on The Legend. The original Browning Auto-5 is considered to be nothing less than a legend in the hunting and shooting sports. Though the A5 shares only the name and humpback receiver profile with John M. Browning's original autoloader, these guns build on the legacy of reliability and performance earned by their namesake.

The humpback works. The humpback-shaped receiver of the Browning A5 may bring back fond memories, but make no mistake, this isn’t your Grandpa’s shotgun. With the Kinematic Drive System, the A5 is simply the most reliable, fastest cycling, best balanced and softest shooting recoil-operated autoloader on the planet. We are so confident in the A5, we are standing behind it with a 100,000 round or five-year guarantee that this shotgun will work, come hell or high water. But don’t just take our word for it, get your hands on the unstoppable A5 today.

The in-between 16 is known as "The Gentleman's Gauge." To many hunters, the 16 gauge is the ideal ammunition for the perfect gun. A well-designed 16 gauge is closer in weight to a 20 gauge, with a shot payload nearer the 12 gauge, and patterning that bests them both. Like its most revered predecessor, the Browning A5 16 gauge is built on a smaller, lighter receiver for reduced weight and a sleek feel in your hands.

How to Buy a Pistol, Rifle or Shotgun

Federal firearms laws prevent the sale of a weapon from Clay Shooters Supply directly to an individual in another state (we are located in Texas). We must ship your firearm directly to an FFL Dealer near you. The steps to follow are:

  1. Order your firearm online using our secure shopping cart. If you know the dealer you are going to use at time of order placement (not a requirement) enter his name into the 'Ship To' field.
  2. Find a dealer near you that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. Most sporting goods stores and pawn shops will provide this service for a small fee. Also, gun clubs, shooting ranges, etc. may provide this service to you. If you don't know which dealer to use in your area, put a comment in your order and we will help you locate one near you. We have access to a large list of dealers in the USA that will gladly handle a transfer for you. Most dealers charge around $25 for a transfer. You must confirm the transfer with your local dealer in advance.
  3. Next, have the dealer get us a copy of his signed license if we don't already have it on file. To check whether a license is on file, contact us. Please Note: It is now legal for us to accept a faxed or e-mailed copy of your dealers license! Print out this convenient coversheet, fill it out and give it to your dealer to fax with his license. That's all there is to it!
  4. Make sure the dealer knows the firearm is coming from us. If you used a dealer that we already had on file, call him to let him know that a gun for you is on the way.
  5. We will send you an email when the firearm ships, which will include a tracking number.
Age Restrictions on Firearms

You must be 21 years of age to purchase a handgun or shotgun with a pistol grip. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a rifle or standard shotgun (without a pistol grip.)
